How long it takes to have your product(s) shipped

During non holiday seasons (i.e: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, etc.)

Standard shipping: Typically takes 2 -7 business days.
Domestic shipping: Can take up to 5 business days.

During holiday seasons (i.e: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, etc.)

Standard shipping: Typically takes 5 -10 business days.
Domestic shipping: Can take up to 7 business days.

The above delivery times are approximate dates only.

Ensuring your product(s) are delivered on time

To ensure successful delivery times during holiday seasons (Christmas, for instance), the deadline for ordering is always 10 days before the actual date of the holiday; therefore, the ordering deadline for Christmas is December 15. If you order AFTER this date, we cannot guarantee your product(s) will be delivered to you on time (before or on the actual holiday date). This rule applies for every holiday or special occasion as well.

To ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, please submit the correct order details at checkout. Classic Clips Store does not take responsibility for missed deliveries due to typos in the delivery information. We highly recommend that you conduct a thorough check list to ensure all delivery information you are providing us is absolutely accurate in detail: 

1)  Your full, legal name, 2) Email Address and Phone Number, 3) Your full, complete mailing address, including, 

For Canada: Province, Postal Code.

For U.SA.: State, Zip Code. 

Classic Clips Store cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes. If you have a delivery problem with a P.O. box number you provided at checkout, you will have to contact your local Post Office to track your product(s) or make arrangements for them to contact you when your product(s) arrive.

It is also you, the Customer’s responsibility to ensure you have selected the correct product(s) at checkout, including the number of products and the correct color, design and size of the product, if appropriate. Classic Clips Store is not responsible for Customer mistakes of information at checkout. 

Your order is purchase of a Products for which you have paid the applicable fee and/or other charges that we have accepted and received.

Orders are placed and received exclusively via this Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

Again, all information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Classic Clips Store is not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. We reserve the right to place your order on hold due to print file issues, security concerns, if we need to confirm your address, or in case of other issues. In case your order will be placed on hold, we will give you 30 days to resolve the issue. If you will not resolve the issue or cancel your order within 30 days, we will cancel the order. In case your order is cancelled, we will only make a refund if work on your order has not started.

More important Delivery information

While we may provide delivery estimates, we can’t provide guaranteed delivery dates. Once Classic Clips Store receives payment for your order, we fulfill the order and pass it onto the carrier. This is also the moment where you the customer, legally become the owner of the product.

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. While average delivery times can vary, Seasonal products (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, etc.) can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple and fast as possible.

Ownership of the Product(s) will only pass to you/Customer after we receive full payment of the product(s). We make no guarantees with respect to any collaboration we undertake with you, including any collaboration with respect to Services, Products (including new Products) or any integration with a vendor platform.

Once you’ve placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you, the Customer must notify us as soon as possible for replacement of (or refund to you) the lost Product in compliance with our Refunds and Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to Classic Clips Store investigation and sole discretion. Classic Clips Store cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

Limited Warranty on Products

Please read this section very carefully—it covers our obligations and responsibilities for Classic Clips Store services. If you have an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a replacement product or refund, so reach out to us as soon as possible.

We warrant that, at the time of delivery of a Product to you, the Customer, the Product will not be materially defective or damaged (the “Limited Warranty”). You have 7 days in which to notify us of such defects of damage upon receipt of your product and to notify the carrier (UPS, Canada Post, etc.) of such damage and to have product immediately returned.

Who May Use This Warranty?

Classic Clips Store extends the Limited Warranty only to Customers who have made a product purchase on this site. All Limited Warranty coverage terminates if the Customer sells or otherwise transfers a Product.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage to or defect in a Product caused by any of the following: (a) you or third parties; (b) any improper handling (including during personal shipping), use or storage of the Product; (c) any failure to follow any Product instructions; (d) any modifications to the Product; (e) any unauthorized repair to the Product; or (f) any external causes such as accidents, fire, flood, “acts of God” or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control; or (g) any costs or expenses related to the loss of use of the Product or any other costs or expenses not covered by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover any items supplied by third parties, size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.

Furthermore, pertaining to This Limited Warranty

Classic Clips is not responsible for a) customer treatment of any product(s) received after satisfactory delivery (misuse, abuse, destruction or damage, etc.) b) any harm inflicted upon customer’s self, or by another person, of any products customer receives and have or are using in relation to any and all devices (electronic or other) b) Lost or stolen products customer receives after receiving product(s)

Finally, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the colors and details in our website images are a 100% accurate representations of a Product(s), and sizes might in some cases be approximate. Accordingly, this Limited Warranty does not cover such matters.

Disclaimer

We can only assume and hold in faith that the information you supply at checkout: i.e.: credit card, shipping information, etc., is accurate and the actual person whom is using said credit card and supplying information at checkout to purchase products. Classic Clips Store will not be held responsible for credit card and information supplied at checkout and the purchasing of products by parties not legally authorized to do so by the actual credit card holder and the checkout information supplied. Classic Clips Store will therefore, under such conditions, not reimburse any second or third parties who have used said credit card and checkout information to purchase products from this site, nor, in such a case, reimburse the actual credit card holder for purchases on this site who was not aware of such transactions on this site.
